urgent deliveries
Please contact us if you require an urgent delivery and we will quote you a time and price for an express delivery.

We do deliver overseas. Delivery charges and times are available upon request.

returns and exchanges
We understand how frustrating it would be if your gift became damaged during the delivery process. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund for you.
cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on (03) 9457 5067. We will make every effort to cancel your order. However, if an order has been paid and dispatched, cancellation will be at our discretion. Unfortunately, delivery costs will not be refunded in these cases.
sale of liquor
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:
- - To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years
- - For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor
Any gifts that include alcohol can only be purchased by persons aged over 18 years.
